- Shredded Chicken

- Pre heat oven at 175.
- In a pan cooke your onions and garlic in a little bit of oil and then add your thinly sliced green peppers. Add chicken and fry, then add chopped cilantro mix. Finally, add about 1 tbsp of mayo, and mix again.
- Take puff pastry and fold and cut into squares.You can make this as big or as small as you like. Add chicken mix into each square, fold and seal edges with a fork. You can brush the puff pastry with egg wash to make then a nice golden brown during baking. Fold it so that you can measure out where to cut. Cut your pastry at the fold and you will end up with a square
- Fill your pastry and Fold in the chicken filling. Seal with a fork and Bake in oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
- You can serve this as a snack for your guests or even have these as a main meal with a huge salad. The outside should be crisp and crunchy and the inside chicken is nice and soft
