Fried Vegetable Rice and Spicy Sausages

  • 500 g packet of Farmer’s Choice Spicy Chicken Sausages
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper (diced into cubes)
  • 1 Medium Yellow bell pepper (diced into cubes)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (Diced into cubes)
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 2 cloves of garlic (diced into small pieces)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 ½ cups of Cooked rice
  • Salt to Taste
  1. Get 8 sausages from the packet.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry your spicy sausages until brown. Once done, set them aside to cool
  3. When the sausages are completely cool, cut them into pieces and set aside
  4. In a cooking pan, fry onions and garlic until soft. Add the tomatoes and cook until they form a sauce. Next add the water and salt
  5. Pick your diced bell peppers ( yellow, green and red) and add to the cooking tomato sauce. Add in the diced spicy sausage. Stir the ingredients well and cook for a minute.
  6. Grab your cooked rice and add in small portions. Mix the rice well with the sausage vegetable mixture. Turn off the heat , serve and enjoy
