Ingredients: 
  • Potatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sea salt
  • Water
Instructions: 
  1. Peel the potatoes and immerse them in cold water, wash them and make sure they are really clean
  2. Make potato balls with a melon baller, put them in a pot with clean water
  3. Pre-cook on high in salted water, it will allow them to be melting inside and crusty outside. Drain the potatoes
  4. Add the oil to the frying pan or a deep fryer. Heat the oil over medium heat until it is hot
  5. Place the potato ball inside, at this stage make sure they are dry to avoid splattering oil, and really be careful not to burn yourself with the hot oil
  6. Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown, and when you feel they float on the water, you say that the potatoes are ready
  7. Using a large slotted spoon and remove the potato balls oil and drain them dry in a kitchen towel
  8. Serve hot immediately with stoves fish steaks (as here) or steaks beef and with this dish you will definitely make your kids smile and they will ask another dish !!!
