Yummy!! Some Spanish Omelette for Breakfast
Ready In:

Ingredients: 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bunch dhania
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chillies
  • Black pepper
Instructions: 
  1. Chop all the vegetables and toss them in a bowl
  2. Break the eggs and mix with the veggies, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat some oil in a non stick pan and pour in your egg mixture
  4. Let it cook under low heat until it is set then turn it over and cook on the flip side
